DP6-1006AV
DP6-AV series is
general purpose, DCC (direct computer controlled)
digital video based, 3-axis measuring machine. The XY
stage travel can be up to 1500 mm x 1500 mm and is
driven by servo or stepper motors. The
machine is equipped with either high-resolution NTSC CCD camera or
mega-pixel digital camera. The ultra-large
image without compression and conversion greatly improves the sub-pixel
accuracy and throughput. The machine uses motorized zoom lens. The
motorized zoom and the software supports multiple programmable steps to
maintain the magnifications and calibrations.
The
machine is operated by DMP-4000
dimensional measurement software, Windows XP operating system and latest
powerful computer. DMP-4000 software has edge detection and provides full video CMM
measuring capability and is easy-to-learn. The stage mapping and video
mapping capability
greatly improves the system measurement accuracy.
